Property Owner Listing Terms

These terms apply to all property owners listing properties on The Housey:

1. Listing Responsibility

Owners must provide true, correct, and updated property information.

Fake, misleading, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited.

2. Rent & Agreement

The Housey is not involved in rent negotiations, deposits, or rental agreements.

All discussions and agreements are strictly between the owner and tenant.

3. Listing Removal

The Housey reserves the right to remove or block any listing without prior notice if it violates platform rules.

4. Liability

The Housey is not responsible for any loss, dispute, or damage arising between owner and tenant.
